It is easy to practice a prepared speech and surprisingly hard to respond clearly in the moment. This tool creates the useful kind of uncertainty: one focused prompt, a short preparation window, and a timer that helps you finish the thought.
Who It Helps
Students, teachers, Toastmasters members, ESL learners, interview candidates, and new public speakers can all adjust the category and difficulty to match their goals. It also works well for classroom warm-ups and team discussions.
How Prompts Are Chosen
Topics, questions, and words are managed separately. Each prompt is labeled by category and difficulty, reviewed for natural English, and written to support more than a one-word answer. We avoid fragments, near-duplicates, and prompts that require specialist knowledge.
Your Practice Stays Yours
The site does not request microphone access or record your voice. Saved prompts, recent history, and filter preferences stay in your browser’s local storage. See the Privacy Policy for details.
